Primitive Rare Fine Vermont Farmstead c. 1870s All Handmade Soldered Pierced Wider Style Flip Coffin Top Tin Nutmeg Grater' The top of this coffin style grater compartment flips down for the nutmeg storage. This tin grater has a hand pierced front with ever so neatly soldered over folded edging. This was most likely made by talented tinsmith back in the day, unitarian. Found in farmhouse in rural Stowe, Vermont. This was very well taken care of a beauty.
