Hettie hears a whizzpopper.
Educational & fun rhyming story book for preschool toddler, newborn baby or young child.
Needle felted mouse figurine.
Handmade Christening / Baptism keepsake gift.
Hettie is a cute, handmade needle felted mouse. She looks to the skies above & is truly amazed at what she sees...
She comes complete with my self penned rhyming storybook; it's designed to be read out loud & acted out with Hettie to bring the story to life.
I believe that it's a wonderful thing to stretch not only a child's mind visually but also add to their vocabulary from an early age.
The story is beautifully printed on 170gsm card.
It is 14 pages in total & each page is approximately 3 inches x 3 inches.
It is bound together by small metal bindings.
Your gift comes nestled in a small kraft gift box.
All of my needle felted animals are handmade with soft, natural wool; this gives them a fabulous 'soft touch feel'
The natural fleece I use is a mixture of Shetland, Dorset and Border Leicester-cross.
Needle felting is the art of creating felted objects out of unspun wool and fiber using a repeated jabbing action with barbed felting needles. The creations can be 3-dimensional or flat; fun or functional.

Hettie is a miniature & intended to be a collectors item as opposed to a toy. She is not mass-produced & neither she nor the book has been safety tested as a toy. Unsupervised play is not recommended. The book is to be read aloud by a responsible adult and NOT left alone with children due to small parts and bindings which could be swallowed if dismantled or detached.
