Ravensara (ravensara aromatica) Essential Oil has a many of the same properties of Lavender. It has a medicinal smell that is somewhat fruity and camphorous with a licorice note. In perfumery Ravensara is a Top Note and its strength of aroma is Medium.
Ravensara has the wonderful ability to stop an oncoming cold sore. Apply as soon as tingling begins and it will completely stop the blister from forming.
Ravensara is native to Madagascar, it is commonly referred to as Hazomanitra, tree that smells. It has a variety of uses and we encourage users to research this wonderful oil before using.
