This little set of pans are perfect in every way. Beautiful patination, fully lined balanced, fit for purpose, super super little pans . The lining is totally in tact and there is minimal discolouration from wear. They measure 9 cms, 8.5 cms and 7.5 cms and 6.5 cms 3.5, 3 3/8, 3, 2 1/2 inches.
The Brass handles are cast and polished beautifully and are silky to the touch.
This set has a some surface scratches from storage and wear, one small indentation in one pan and some signs of wear and use also, minimal discolouration in the lining but otherwise these look fantastic.
The handles are secured by copper rivets and are solid and have no play at all. They have little pouring spouts and one in marked 3/4 cup. These are a specialist item that are extremely useful for a artisan cook/chef.
They weigh 600 grams just under a pound and a half.
Hand made in Normandy, the home of quality copper, these pans have been used in a professional kitchen and have been well looked after - it shows.
They have been cleaned and polished and look totally the part.
The are truly, pans for an aspiring or gifted cook/chef or someone who really appreciates the quality of artisan utensils.
