Adorable rocking horse cookie tin. On the front is a little boy riding a rocking horse. There are 3 smaller pictures around the side. The tin is for Danish Butter Cookies, There is a short bio of the artist whose prints are on the tin.
"Christa Kieffer was born and educated in Germany. After having lived and studied in Switzerland and Great Britain she immigrated to the United States. Her works, which include children's books are available both nationally and internationally. In her paintings Christa Kieffer is capable of capturing the feeling of innocence which surrounds childhood. The choice of colors ads (adds) to her paintings a dimension of warmth and coziness which appeals to children, as well as grown-ups."
The tine does have a few light scratches. There is a larger flaw on the bottom edge, which shows in photo #2.
Otherwise, the tin is a fabulous collectible and looks great on display.
